Wow, such a wonderful experience! Except my room was less soundproof than a paper bag, and I couldn't sleep because of children running around. Also, paid $6 for water? Shockingly tacky! I nearly awarded a much better review, but the lack of late check-out made it impossible to forgive. Absoluteley disappointing, indeed.

clean room but lacks comfort
The room was impeccably clean! ! I appreciated the in-room amenities, which added a nice touch. The bedside charging ports were very convenient for keeping my devices powered up. Additionally, the breakfast selection was surprisingly good, making mornings easier.
The stark decor made the atmosphere feel a bit institutional.

Family-friendly but not exactly a budget stay
The breakfast at the lobby restaurant was surprisingly good! We had delicious salads late at night, fresh and affordable, which was a real bonus after a long day.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the experience was acceptable.

The truth you’re looking for
While our stay had its clean, comfortable aspects, the stark room decor and the harsh lighting were a letdown. We faced noise disturbances late at night, which impacted our comfort. It's a mixed experience, with some areas needing serious improvement to match our expectations.

Had an awesome stay with the cozy king room sofa bed and enjoyed relaxing in the clean indoor pool after a long day. The hotel also offered a nice fitness center and a comfy lounge area to unwind in. Just a little bummer that the water in the room was priced at $6, but it didn’t really spoil my experience! 😊

The hotel was a great base for our family, with easy access to hiking trails and Canobie Lake Park. We enjoyed the clean indoor pool, and the breakfast area was fun, especially with the Starbucks coffee available to kickstart our mornings. I also appreciated the comfortable bed during our stay with my son.
My kids wished there was more soundproofing in the rooms.

Had a great time with friends! We loved exploring the hiking trails nearby and visiting Merrimack College. The hotel's location made it easy to get to Canobie Lake Park for some fun. Just a heads up, make sure everything in your room is working when you check in to avoid any hassles.
We experienced some issues with the TV not working during our stay. the front desk couldn't help us since they were fully booked.

The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, really standing out as a high point during the stay. The fitness center provided ample equipment, making it easier to stick to a workout routine. Unfortunately, the bistro was often too loud due to rowdy guests, disrupting meal times as I had to take my dining back to my room. Additionally, the bathroom lighting was overly bright and uninviting. The lack of soundproofing meant disturbances from other guests impacted my overall comfort significantly.
